Delivery
We aim to dispatch your Thai delivery within 1 working day of receiving your order. You will receive an email confirming that your order has been received.
- Free Delivery for any order above £60 with the total weight of the order must be less than 20kg (including the shipping package).
- If the order is more than £60 but the gross weight is 20kg and over, the extra delivery charge of £4.99 will be charged at the checkout or the delivery charge will follow via email later.
- For example if the order is 2 packs of 10kg rice, that order will have £4.99 delivery charge.
- There is a 20kg limit per parcel and per order. The £4.99 delivery charge will be charged every 20kg if the order is more than 20kg.
- All our deliveries are tracked.
- Any orders with fresh products are dispatched Monday - Thursday.
Frozen products may be partly or fully thawed upon delivery (currently our courier partner cannot guarantee this). We recommend that such products are consumed within 24 hours and not to be re-frozen.
- UK Mainland: £4.99
- Isle of Man: £11.99
- Channel Islands: £10.99
- Northern Ireland: £9.99
All delivery may take up to 3-4 working days.
Delivery costs with frozen items have a £5 surcharge per parcel.
